Happy Monday!! I had an amazing day yesterday at the Beach Babe Swimwear photo shoot and cannot wait to see the photos! I was going through some of my old photo shoots and found these pics from a fitness shoot I did in Santa Monica - these are a couple un-retouched pics from the shoot but they're so fun and I remember how challenging that rope was! Remember, it's important to continually challenge yourself! If your exercises start feeling easy, change up your workouts, try something new!
