Baked apple pie smoothie! Many of you ask about my eating, exercise ect.. I balance my body with regular exercise (cardio + weights + yoga), the right supplements & I’ve lived on a plant based diet for 4 years now. Most recently I’ve been following the #rawtill4 way of life for the last 6 weeks though… Inspired by my friend @lonijane & @freeleethebananagirl - they are two incredible women, and I’ve loved every minute.
